Sleeps 2-4

This modern recently refurbished flat is located in the North Laine close to Brighton train station. It is in an ideal position to explore the city and also access public transport for explorations farther a field. The North Laine is one of Brighton’s unique selling points with numerous independent boutiques and cafes. In the other direction is the New England quarter with Sainsburys and access to more shops on London Rd.


The Lanes are between the North Laine and the sea which can be reached within 10mins if you don’t stop to look at something on the way. The Pier, theatres and all the main attractions of Brighton are within 15mins walk from the flat.

 

The details
This very comfortable apartment can sleep up to 4 people. It is situated on the 4th floor (accessed by lift or stairs) of a high rise block. The bedroom and living room have great views out over the rooftops of the North Laine to the sea.

The living room and balcony
This bright spacious room has large south facing windows and (lockable) door out onto the balcony providing great views. There is a sofa which doubles as a bed and can sleep two comfortably (linen provided). You can relax in the big green rocking chair and enjoy dinner at the round table which seats four. The room is carpeted and all windows have fitted blinds. There is a wide-screen TV with digital box, CD/DVD player, separate amp and speakers.

The bedroom
This room has a south-facing window. The bed is raised so that you can enjoy the view out over the roof tops. It has a blackout blind for those who need a lie-in. Linen is provided for the bed. There is a large wardrobe and plenty of storage space for suitcases etc.

The kitchen
The kitchen, accessed from the living room, is equipped with a brand new electric oven and gas hob, a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, separate filtered water tap and all the utensils/pots and pans you need.

The bathroom and toilet
The bathroom has a bath with a powerful shower and new rubber flooring.


Prices
Weekly rates from £300 (low-season), £350 (mid-season) and £440 (May-September). Weekend and shorts stays deal available, prices negotiable.


Parking
There is a parking lot below the flat it is £12.50 for 24hrs. Free street parking can be found near Preston Park 10mins walk north.
